211 is a free, FCC-designed service that connects individuals to health and human services 24/7 by phone, text or live chat. This effort is led by United Way Worldwide, the Michigan Association of United Ways. 211 services are provided in both Manistee and Mason Counties.

Trained specialists can help people find:

Mental health and crisis services

Healthcare and prescriptions

Childcare and parenting support
